General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services booked via the website www.carfioso.at or by telephone with Carfioso – Kacper Zelias, Buchengasse 166, 1100 Vienna, Austria.
The offers are exclusively for customers residing in Austria.
2. Services
Carfioso offers professional car detailing services, including paint correction, interior cleaning, ozone treatment, ceramic coating, and other vehicle care services. These services are provided exclusively at their Vienna location – they do not offer a mobile service.
3. Appointment scheduling & deposit
Appointments can be made online via the website or by telephone.
A binding deposit is required online via the booking system for every booking. The date is only considered confirmed after receipt of the deposit.

Other online payment services (depending on availability)
The remaining payment is made directly on site in cash, by card or via mobile payment systems.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
Free cancellation is possible within 12 hours of booking.
After this period, cancellation is still possible, however the deposit paid will not be refunded.
If you fail to appear for your appointment without prior cancellation, the deposit will be retained. There is no entitlement to a refund.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are visible on the website and include statutory VAT.

Apple Pay / Google Pay
Upon request, customers will receive an invoice or payment receipt after the service has been completed.
6. Liability
Carfioso is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper use of the vehicle by the customer.
7. Language
Communication with the customer takes place in German or Polish.
8. Jurisdiction & Choice of Law
All disputes are governed exclusively by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
