Refund policy

Down payments:
A deposit is required when booking an appointment via our website.
This down payment will be arranged as follows:

  • Free cancellation with a full refund of the deposit is possible within 12 hours of booking.

  • If the cancellation occurs after 12 hours, the deposit will be retained and not refunded, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

  • If you fail to appear for your appointment without cancelling in time, your deposit will also be forfeited.

Remaining amounts paid on site are generally not refunded after the service has been provided, unless there is a demonstrable error or defective service that is attributable to our fault.

Important NOTE:
Since these are individually agreed services, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) after completion of the booking and provision of the service, according to §18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG.
